Getting back into Serco..is it possible?

Hi all!

Does anyone know if Serco have a "bridge-burning" policy with staff who leave the company, like some other ANSPs can have? In other words, if you leave the company (for whatever reason and under normal circumstances, complying with their exit obligations), they donīt want to know about you if you apply to re-enter..??
