CAA Consultation CAP 797

The following link takes you to the documents associated with this consultation

Consultation - CAP 797 - Flight Information Service Officer Manual | Consultations and Responses | About the CAA

Is this a subject to be debated?

Clearly your question has not generated much debate here!

But I wonder, are you asking whether the contents of the comment response document published by the CAA merits debate?

Or whether the contents of the document that was offered for consultation - on a topic where the UK has gone it's own way for years without clearly documented rules and procedures - warranted further discussion?

Or whether the offer for consultation of a document that was poorly structured and contained numerous errors in both technical content and editorial detail was creditable?

Or whether the publication of the document offered for consultation is becoming increasingly redundant and irrelevant (if not outright confusing) in the face of more and more regulations being drafted by EASA and published as Commission Implementing Regulations?
