HFPhraseology

A question for ATCOS. Is there a manual that specifically lays down the correct phraseology for the initial contact with an ATC facility when using HF. ie do you say for instance Shanwick Shanwick this is ABC ABC on 8654 8654 or something else.
I am told there is a manual that states precisely what you should say?

I have tried Google but I cannot find anything that covers HF phraseology.

If somebody could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Thanks
