continuous assessment

Hello everybody here,

As an assessor I am curious how different the mechanism of the continuous assessment could be?
And actually do you guys count on it as much as on dedicated checks ?
1.How it works with you?
2.How often do you make records and are they gathered somewhere like when dedicated check is made?
3.How can you avoid subjectivism in the assessment if there are no enough written standards?
4.Are the other assessors allowed to randomly see the tapes of the dedicated checks in order to minimize subjectivism?
5.Can you tell the controller that a check has been made after monitoring the performance from the next sector(while working or not) ?
6.How do you materialize the performance from the cont. ass. (report, notes)If by default you have to inform the controller about the forthcoming check?
all answers appreciated
