Fine ! 3 questions spring to my mind :
- Who will train the new controllers ? I mean OJT.
- Savings for AENA, OK... Will this mean savings for companies ?
- What happens after the 5 years contract ?

The "old" controllers. But it will be a total disaster, since those controllers cannot leave the tower to an ACC until ALL of the new ones get their licence. So, for about a year, we will have two complete staff in all of the outsourced towers.
Absolutely NOT. The service will be more expensive (i explained this in another topic).
