EMARSSH doc7030

Dear All

would you be so kind to shed some light on the contingecy procedures for the routes from Asia to Middle East/ Europe and south of Himalayas with regard to power loss - lateral offset required and if so of how much? - and wetaher encounter - how many miles of deviation prior to notify the ATC and procedure if not able to notify the ATC? - and least but not last longitudinal separation?

i believe they qualify as rvsm airspace with rnp5 in ME and rnp10 in Asia Region.

Tks
