ATC recruitment in UAE

I was wondering if GCAA in UAE provides career opportunities to beginners. I had just finished my Bachelor degree and I was wondering if it's possible to join their academy and become an ATC.

There was an advert some time ago for ab-initio students. I can't remember web-site though,but selection is over by now.
