Hi All,
Below you will find a survey concerning controller 'phraseology' being conducted by IATA.
This survey has been developed in conjunction with IFATCA, and is complimentary to a similar survey being conducted with pilots around the world.
To get the best results, we need to get the maximum number of responses possible.
