Air Traffic assistant role

Hi all

Basic question as to what the role of Air traffic services assistant entails and basic roles with in this? I currently work in ground ops with a handling company and a job has come up. Any help would be gratefully received

Regards

Barry

Ask the ATC Manager if you can spend half a day in ATC finding out what goes on. After that, ask if you can repeat the visit on the same basis. After that, ask if you can repeat the visit on the same basis.

It's a great way of finding out what goes on, making yourself known, finding out a bit more, getting yourself known, proving your enthusiasm to the ATC Manager and their team, getting yourself known and then knowing what's what when you get invited for an interview.

Good luck.
