HF Phraseology

Hello,

I was just wondering if anybody had a link to a guide on the correct HF procedures and phraseology when operating under HF?

I am operating out of Asia and fly regularly to India, Australia, China and Philippines. I have been taught to and use HF without any problems but somebody once told me that there is an ICAO book (blue book??) that details the exact differences in procedures and phraseology.

I have been through the CAA(UK)CAP 413 and the additional guide to airliners, but it doesnt detail the differences in phraseology between VHF and HF, eg. "Selcal OKAY", "Go ahead" etc

Thanks very much

Why would there be different phraseology? Just stick to what the AIP says in each country.
