Hello. In response to the recent job advert wondered if anyone could answer the following:

1. Pay for an experienced hire

2. Conditions/benefits (pension etc)

3. General morale at LJLA?

well, yes, but I don't think the OP was going for the ICAO designator, just the name, cunningly abbreviated to look like one...
