Salalah ATC

I am currently involved in a project related to the impending move of the Salalah VOR/DME and the subsequent changes to the approach charts. Due to the number of contractors involved I am finding difficulty in finding the 'right' contact to discuss the proposed changes from an ATC perspective. Grateful if any of you in Oman could suggest the best contact that could give a reliable response....

You should be dealing with DGCAM or it's equivalent and nobody else.

Now adays it is called DGMAN and another party that might be of concern is DGSAS
