How does one go about getting sponsorship for ATC training?
Say you go for the training alone...IE no NATS or Eurocontrol. How does one get somebody to guarantee you a job once you have your license?

Unfortunately your profile reveals nothing about you so we don't know where you live or anything about your background. In the UK there are (at least) two organisations providing paid-for ATC training but, so far as I know, neither guarantees a position at the end of the course. Another option might be to obtain employment at a non-State airfield as an ATC Assistant and then hope that the company sees your potential and pays for you to be trained as a controller. It's a rocky road and NATS remains the very best option in the UK IMHO.
Hopefully someone with experience will advise you further.

Thanks for the quick reply. As for my profile. I'm currently living in Spain. No college degree as I've been working since I was 16. I've had a variety of proffessional jobs and speak English and Spanish fluently. Don't relly know what else to add. How difficult is it to get a job as an assistant?
Thanks
