Funchal Airport - Information
I am currently trying to establish the current operational status of Funchal Airport after the current floods and land slides out there, as I have friends that are due to fly back from there tomorrow.
I seem to remember that there is a web site that gives the current operational status of aerodromes. I thought it was the Eurocontrol flow management web site, but having looked I am unable to find any information.
I would be most grateful if someone could provide some links to operational / professional web sites (not news web sites) that would give the current operational status (and if closed, hopefully further info regarding estimated opening).

According to flightstats.com there have been a few flights in and out so I guess everything is moving (even if this isn't up and running totally yet)
