ATC blog?

Hello guys & gals!

Just wondering if anybody knows of a frequently updated ATC-blog anywhere? I've been googling for it the last few days but can't seem to find anything....

Unlikely, the last ATC blog I heard of was published massively out of context with a picture of the blogger in the Irish Mail on Sunday, which resulted in all kinds of horror.

Fcking journos

Try Get the flickby Don Brown, ex Atlanta controller/safety rep. Primarily US themes, but very good reading and rapid updates.

Today I gave someone a heading of 270 degrees from LAM.

Today I gave someone a heading of 270 degrees from LAM.

Today I gave someone a heading of 275 degrees from LAM.

Can you elaborate on this 275 one? It really intrigued me

One of our assistants decided to start a blog about his training. He wrote too much truth and sadly is no longer with us.

The wind was subtly different that day. Some days, are you ready for this, I might even use 265.

Need to have an extra beer when I get home after the stress of days like that!

You obviously didn't have the same OJTI that I did. He stated that all good headings ended in a 5.
His rationale was that the pilot would think that you had thought about it more

There used to be some blogs on the civilair website in OZ..haven't looked for ages so couldn't tell you if they were still there.
