Bye Bye to Safety in AENA:SPAIN IN LOW COST
Say bye bye to Control Services in Spain Airports.
Spanish ANSP AENA aims to reduce the costs of ATC creating a group of reporters without control service for all TWR's by less than 50,000 movements a year. They will not have the responsibility to separate you, gentlemen. Everybody on visual separation from now on.
Be careful Abril'2010 from Spanish airports to fly to the low cost services.
Part of the Spanish government.
New AENA: "...if you pay nothing you get nothing..." I think i've heard this before...

You mean no more Atcos on these airfields (no more air traffic control) ? do they intend to replace Atcos by Afisos (Flight Information Services only) ?

, it's good to dream sometimes ... 
MOSAIC is probably THE most acceptable option for everybody (providers, politicians, airliners, staff, trade unions, professional associations ...) ... but this is not a private company ...
