Marketing Strategy.

Are pilots generally aware of the number of ATC product lines that each ATC unit has on offer?
Are ATCOs made aware of the length or width of their unit's product mix?

I think the phrase used by the "world leader in air traffic management" is product lines.

Like a Top of the Range Radar Control Service,

or a bargain basement Reduced Traffic Service, and for those in the cheap seats ... a Basic Service or any service from Manch Area Centre

(I'll keep my head down now awaiting the impending sense of humour failure)

West Drayton had a superb Chinese take-away right next door. Is this what we're talking about?

I do so wish that managers would get away from the utterly daft idea of airlines and other aircraft operators being "customers". The big building at Swanwick is not a Tesco's.

Post No.5 says.....
"or any service from Manch Area Centre".
From what I hear on my radio, "Manch" provides a gold-standard, bespoke service, personalised and expertly-tailored to match each customer's individual requirement.
Sweet Potatos,.....
Tell us,
Is that a local Spanish dish?

Never tried Paella Schmidt though I have sold it now and again (pronounced pile-a Schmidt) and it's always good to keep the neebhours on their toes

Hmmm ... what are we talking about again?
