I think G-BCUZ was also United Biscuits, (mid 70s). On departure, said 'nice chap' always used the phrase "Zulu rolls" to inform ATC he was commencing T/O. I think UB had a factory near Ashby-de-la-Zouch, hence frequent visits to EGNX.

UB had factories all over the UK, hence the liberal disbursement of biscuits, crisps & associated grub at every nearby regional airport and military in the UK & Europe come Christmas time.

I belive that Dave Ward was in charge of selecting the aircraft and Bob Turbin was I/C knobs, tits and shiney gadgets - hence the UHF, the BE350 was better equipped than most airliners during it's reign.
