Paris CDG parallel runway ops

hi

flew recently in and out of Paris CDG and was curious to know more about the departure and arrival separations in place.

Departed 26R (to the south) with simultaneous arrivals on 26L with the same scenario happening on the north side (27 R/L)

Was number 6 at the holding point and everything departed with a 1 minute interval, for what seemed to be a straight ahead departure (the left turn came after a while).
The parallel departure from the north side (27L ?) must have been no more than 1.5 / 2 nm away. Good VMC but we entered cloud at about 2000ft, so it can't just simply be a case of RSIVA.

Also, what happens in the event of a go around on the close parallel runway ?

If there's anyone that works there, or that knows their ops well, I'd like to know more. Thanks
