Nasty CB cells over the North Sea tonight

I hope you guys at London's sector 12, 13 and 14 had as much fun as the controllers in the Delta and Koksy sectors here in Maastricht! Traffic was everywhere, avoiding those ugly (and pretty stationary) CB-s over the sea and I'm sure everybody worked their socks off!
I guess that kinda compensates for the lack of traffic during the last couple of months... Tonight it feels like it anyway!

Cheers

i'm bloody knackered. It was bloody horrible for the majority of the afternoon/evening.

Thanks for the help when the bomb bursting started, i don't think any two aircraft followed the same track all day.

Big Thanks

Thank you to Maastricht, London and Gatwick tonight for an excellent service. Weather was vile and we needed all your help.

They descended us into weather, continually got our call sign wrong and were clearly working beyond their capacity. It was a relief to get handed over (as always) to Maastricht.

That gives me a warm, smug feeling.
