There is a long thread on this forum concerning NATS payrise for 2009/2010. Out of interest what pay offers have been negotiated for non-NATS ATCOs for this year? If any?

Well in Canada we received a 4.5% increase over the next two years. Then we renegotiate the contract again.

Hial 1.99% a year for two years plus an anual bonus of 1.6%

Can you get them to try to influence our lot at NATS to get as good a deal as you got!!
