Stage one - questionnaire

Hi,

I recently sat my first stage tests (checking, cubes, motivation paper, codes) in Glasgow and have now received an email stating 'Following your recent visit to our test centre I would now like to invite you to complete an Occupational Personality Questionnaire.'.

I am wondering whether this mean I passed the test or is stage one marked as a whole.

Also if any one could shed some light onto the questionnaire it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Essentially means you passed stage one. But before you get to stage 2 you have to complete the personality questionnaire. And I believe it is pass/fail.

Its all questions about yourself and personality, can't really be revised for, just a case of doing it. Oh, and don't try and second guess it, answer it honestly, they can apparently tell when you are trying to give the answers you think they want. From memory, it was one of the most boring and least entertaining 40 minutes of my life.

More details in the sticky "NATS Recruitment" thread at the top of this board.

From memory it was 350 questions of dullness that sucked the life out of you however, do not try and answer the questions they way you think they want to answer them. I did this on the initial selection tests at the same time but you will be presented with the same question worded throughout the 350 questions about 8 different ways therefore answer them truthfully.

Some of the oddballs I have worked with in NATS over the years makes me wonder what they are really looking for. Good luck
