Baghdad experience

Hello,
anybody in this forum who can share some details about the approach of Baghdad Int airport (orbi) after the suspension of the spiral approach procedure? – For instance: altitudes given by atc, do you have to hold before descend or always more fuel burned than planned because of bad vectors or military traffic…etc. – I know the Iraqi AIP - so informations of real experience from someone who has been there lately would be very appreciated!

Thanks in advance
