NATS - Question about 'Arrival Manager'

I am quite interested in the tool 'arrival manager' , what are the functions of the tool? And how can it work out the sequence of the arrival aircraft? Thanks a lot.

Google Arrival Manager Barco and you'll find quite a lot about what it is and what it does.
