New UAE ACC near completion
Had the opportunity to look around the new Emirates ACC today and nothing short of impressed. Both the main center and the emergency center are almost complete and looking at a mid-year kick off. The main floor area is vast, the crew rest rooms and rec rooms big enough to hold a 20/20 cricket match! First class briefing facilities and plenty of office spaces to name but a few features.
As we will be located next to the Etihad training college I am sure the Etihad canteen will be a popular spot too
With all new equipment and as you can see from the photies, monstrous antenna towers, the quality of comms should improve markedly. The Emergency center ops room is probably 2 or 3 times the size of the current facilities!!
Really looking forward to getting in there that is for sure, helps too that my new pad is right across the road, and the new Formula 1 track just as close!!
This is just the start of good things unfolding here...the salary, well, that will be another thread wink wink nudge nudge say no more!

The main floor area
The antennas NASA could use to communicate with the Mars Lander!!!

Sorry mate, English is my first language and I was confused
Answer: Yes Serco and GCAA are recruiting, but only from certain countries and on a limited basis as the books are filling up. You need to to the Contract Manager and HR departments of the respective employer for more details.

Short App.
Can I suggest some Gaviscon for your upset stomach?!
Verci
Parking...not an issue, I can walk to work from my new pad
ARTAS....I would never notice anyway
The new package we have been confirmed on will make those issues a very trivial aspect to the day, now where did I put my Vodka Martini?

Not enough parking and an outdated ARTAS tracker system. One hopes that the rest of the centre is up to a better spec!
