ATC recordings
Apologies for jumping into the devils den and sticking my head in the lions mouth, but I am looking for EGLL or EHAM ATC recordings for company training purposes.
We have an unusually high number of ICAO level 4 scrapers, by this I mean they only just manage to pass, and by the time they have done a few weeks flying inside Kazakhstan, the confidence and competance drifts to the unintelligable level ( as some of you on 120.4 will attest to.... )
If it is possible to negotiate with NATS directly, then that would be perfect, as I mentioned we would only use them in a class-room environment for improvement of english and promote a better understanding of high density approach patterns and etc etc well I hope you know what I am after

There are 2 feeds for EHAM on Listen to Live Air Traffic Control Communications | LiveATC.net and they do have an archive
