ME Loss of License Cover and EoS Gratuity

I would be greatful if anyone could shed light on what cover is provided by Serco with regard to loss of license. How much, how long that sort of thing. Those guys with GCAA I am assuming this cover is not provided by them?
If not are any of you covered under private insurance and at what cost?

Also what I can gather from previous posts EoS gratuity from GCAA is 3 weeks for every year, is that the same with Serco?
Thanks in advance.
