Unbeleiveable , and they want to reduce night shift manning, knowing full well every Bank holiday and most weekends that Scottish will be hit with "Due to staff shortages at LACC.... .......etc .So there was some truth in what my "source" said

Sorry - not what I said. It used to happen, it hasn't for ages. ScACC may have closed sectors last week due to sickness/staffing so I'm not going to stand in the greenhouse throwing stones!
