A320 and Mach .8
asked by london last night to maintain mach .8 which was responded by a definite no due turb. Just a heads up, in turb or unstable atmospheric conditions .8 is way way too close to getting an overspeed, thanks.
the 320's are far more speed sensitive to oscillations than the 737.

Im sure most controllers willl give you the speed that is most suitable at the time. if you cant do it let us know!
there has been a number of times recently (within the last week) when none of the aircraft have even reported the turbulence so we wouldnt have even known!
happy flying!
