Mauritius is very nice, but I'd rather stay north of the Equator; Antigua anyone?

Not sure if the contracts have even been formalized for GAL on the military contracts (they were not all signed a week or two ago) even though most aspects of their operations are in place.

They are not associated with GCAA and do not have any licensing function at civil aerodromes or any civil airspace management/control authority.

Additionally I believe the Bateen contract will be let out by ADAC to Serco to manage, remembering it is going to be / is a joint user (civil and mil) operation.

The only official civil ANS providers are SERCO, GCAA and the respective DCA's answering to the GCAA.
