Eurocontrol Pension query

Hi there
Not wanting to sound nosey, can any wise person out there tell me anything about the Eurocontrol pension Ts and cs?
More specifically is it any good, and is there any kind of lump sum when you retire or is it just the monthly pension?
Happy to be PM'd if this ought to be private, and can also promise it is for a good reason that I ask
Cheers
NM
