Straw poll

Can we just clarify who may be in favour of these current rumours before they take a life of their own

1) Nats to propose 6 on 4 off change to work pattern, in order to create staff numbers, to 6 on 3 off

2) 5 days leave to be bought permanately off atcos, from those on maximum entitlement.

both these rumours are for as yet an undisclosed cash payment, possibly pensionable.

Surely we can`t be that short sighted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a great fan of having private forums for particular companies - but in this case wouldn't it be better to put this in the NATS forum?

If only so as not to upset (or pick another emotion if you prefer) all the controllers who've been working under such short-sighted conditions for many years!
