ATC Frequencies

Hello all,

I have a friend working in swanick. I'm curious to know what sectors the following frequencies are to listen out for him next time i'm at work. I've found out the first few but can't track down the last two.

Is there a website or do nats publish what frequencies relate to particular sectors?

126.780
128.160

Thanks very much

126.780 is London Sector 11 (above FL315)
128.160 is London Sector 13 (above FL295)

I would like to tell you where that is geographically, but my knowledge of Britain is rather limited... Sector 13 (and 14 below that) is mainly traffic for London TMA though
