Heard that guyS/GURLS that wana leave have maybe been dealt a bad deal at hq, SA ATC? They wana sue. Now im sure this is gona make people unhappy!

Yes Oranpo - please elaborate. Are the controllers who have signed the Retention thingy challenging it or is the Company suing them for breach - as one would expect of course..!

They are trying to make them pay back ALL of the money they would have gotten if they leave before the end of the retention period. Not just the monies they have been paid, but also the money they have not yet been paid - clever, hey? Yes my dear neiderlander, hkgk.

Well do we really expect any more from them. But does this not also come down to READ THE CONTRACT. before you sign
