National differences in recruitment process

Just curious to any differences in the testing process between countries.

In Sweden, well actually Scandinavia (DK, NO, SE) they are:
Stage 1 = All FEAST tests apart from the Strip Management test.
Stage 2 = FEAST Strip Management test
Stage 3 = Interview. "The air navigation service provider’s national recruitment function and the respective training coordinator will administer the semi-structured interview." Taken from Try Norths website.
Stage 4 = Medical and security control.

So, I´ve read here about the SHL Online personality test (UK only?). Does that replace the interview? Any other differences, all welcome to join in?

I´ve passed stage 1 and will be doing stage 2 late april in Stockholm.
