I dont think your too badly off where you are either.
Nah, but something tells me that he's not all that happy with our "lovely" Belgian/Dutch weather, and who could blame him for it these days !!!

I once heard a controller at an international meeting put down this kind of conversation by saying, the grass is always greener on the other side of the hill.

I replied I could back that up because I live there! Where, I'd be stupid to tell you because you'd all want to come here!

better to work in Dubai or Europe????
. Med is certainly the best place to live - good climate, good food , easy life, and generally friendly people.Money is certainly better in the ME and the lifestyle ain't bad just too hot at times.

A Cypriot friend once told me if you live in the centre of the world (meaning Cyprus) why would you want to live anywhere else? I'm not Cypriot but I think probably she is right. For me OZ and NZ are cute but are just too far away from this world!!

Devil euronator

It isn't that bad, really. I keep telling meself exactly that but there's nothing wrong with wanting to improve even further. You know it keeps you looking forward to something.

Nah seriously now. I think the conditions of employment at EC are the best around....but then again not everything is money (other ANSP offer full coverage medical for you and your direct relatives without need for a marriage certificate, it's not a secret that southern europe has better climate, food, lifestyle and...oh, well just read all the other posts)

Professionally - Heathrow Tower or Terminal Control (or probably any other NATS Unit)
You must be joking.

Good to see you haven't lost your sense of humour Bren.
