Retireds or "soon to be retireds" should beware the expat recruitment organisation offering much, but paying on a whim in recently opened "Colleges" in the Kazakh. and Georgia locations.
They pay when they get paid.... which is not very often.
Bath was another.

you are obviously referring to ASTAC, is that correct? As far as I am aware they are the only ones who have training contracts in those locations, and recruiting on and off for those positions.
