Case Study: ATC Turnover

Could anyone provide exisiting research material (referencing, web sites) regarding any published journals, dissertations, thesis or local documentation, etc (national & international published data) regarding ATC personnel turnover levels and more specifically research into reasons for the high turnover of related personnel. Require the info for dissertation (MBA) into socio, political, economical, entrepreneurial and managerial issues as possibly the reasons (require to reference) for the exit of ATC into new related job offerings, career changes, etc.

For starters, try Eurocontrol's website and see if you can drill down into its Human Factors subweb.
