Help with Scottish ATC frequencies

Hi All,
I have been a keen airband listener for many years on VHF. I have been out of the hobby for the last few years, and am only returning. Since my last listening years, many of the frequencies I knew so well, have been changed for many reasons..new spacing etc. So I am seeking help on certain Scottish freqencies....
All of my "dot spotting" and listening is done in my local area of Workington on the Cumbrian Coast about 5 miles southwest of the "Dean Cross" VOR. Listening for the last few weeks or so, I have worked out that the frequencies that are used for southbound traffic from Scotland, (which nearly all head for Dean Cross) use the following frequencies..
135.525
132.860
132.130
118.775
135.850
135.585 ???
The information I require, is what is the exact SEQUENCE of frequencies that a flight will use, from say overhead the Scottish Lowlands, to overhead Dean Cross (the handover point to London ATC). It does appear that traffic such as BA Regionals, and Flybe Embraers, tend to use an airway a couple of miles North east of Dean Cross, whilst anything bigger, flys directly overhead the Dean Cross VOR, en route to the next reporting point of "Lakey" at the southern end of Lake Windermere.
I appreciate the flight levels have a bearing on this, but surely there MUST be a "rule of thumb" for most traffic ? Say for example, a BMI shuttle from GLA to LHR ??
Could any replies please be by direct email to me at [email protected]
Thanks
Derek
