What's shakin' at DXB

Hi guys,
I hear on the usual rumour mill that the pay deal in DXB was authorised just prior to ramadan and that now it has been put on hold again!!?? Can anyone shed any light on the situation? Thanks in advance!!

I also heard on the rumour mill that they (the locals) wish to re negotaite as 'someone in the office' thought they were paying ATCOs too much
