UK Aerodrome/Approach (Procedural) ATCOs

Anybody able to indicate the current 'going rate' for UK CAA-licensed ATCOs holding Aerodrome Control Instrument + Approach Procedural ratings? What's the current ATCO salary range at procedural approach units like Cranfield, Oxford, Plymouth and Shoreham?

But don't forget T&C's. The best paid

could have the worst T&C's

and thus NOT be the best choice!

I thought ATCOs earnt more than that. I am a signaller on the UK railways and my basic+allowances+sunday working is £42000.
