I have a ATCO colleague who is looking for photos of the aircraft he learnt to fly in-GATKD, a C150 at Cambridge, which would have been flown by many NATS cadets doing their flying training-can anyone help?
if so please PM

I've got one here of 'KD with a member of No. 8 course standing in front of it. In fact several pics of No. 8 course at EGSC Sept '66. My first solo was in 'KF. I think that was later clobbered by an Oakington Varsity.

I was sent for my first solo in 'KF in 1971 (23 Course) by the same instructor who was in it when it hit the Varsity! (He was also current on those as Marshalls used to service and test fly them)

According to my log book, my first flight on the PPL course was in 'KD and during the course I also flew in the other two aircraft, 'HF and 'MC
