One more interesting thread.
I think that you have better chances to run Bus service between Armacao de Pera and other towns. To offer tourists somerthing new: reliable, frequent and polite service.
Or to sell SHANDY to thirsty tourists ( draught beer with SPRITE) unique Portugees taste.
