LCY southern departures

I live south west of LCY and are very familiar with their arriving aircraft when they are using r/w 10. More recently however there appears to be an increasing number of departures heading over my way (when I guess r/w 28 is in use)

I don't believe there is a SID to the south, probably because of the Dome and CW tower, so are these a/c requesting NSDs?

It looks like they are mainly the GA stuff and not scheduled traffic. Can anyone explain the reason for this increase at all? Also why are these aircraft not following the SID to the north?

VFR traffic doesn't have to follow the SID, so you will see jets departing left turn out. Also, low level IFR deps not on a SID can be turned south when though the MSA.

Go around traffic is similar, turning south if needed when above the MSA if traffic situations require it.

We have also had some weather avoiding recently, where the aircraft request to turn off the SID.

the IFR flight need SID and STAR,so,i often say:
AMU001.zhuhai approach,radar contact,follow SID,climb and maintain 6000ft,no restriction. just like that.
