If the investigating country abides by the 'rules' of ICAO, you won't find it! CVRs and their transcripts are defined as protected records under Annex 13 paragraph 5.12.
The recording remains confidential to the investigation and only extracts which are pertinent to that investigation may appear in the final report. Unless you are part of the investigating team you will not get to hear or see a transcript of the contents. Sorry!
