Post ATC vacancies in Europe

Hi everyone,

I would like to get some help of how do usually new ATCO's apply for their 1st job?
How you get hired?let's say if I finished training and got licence in one EU country and want to work in another EU country how can I find job and apply?I'm trainee ATCO with licence and no experience,I'm interested in any EU countries.

so guys,

Can anyone tell how you got the job,whne you got your licence as ATCO??
or how you can find ATCO vacancy in EU,if you wanna go to other country,not where you got your licence,do you apply via agencies or specific web sites? any help?

Nats adevertised in papers about 4 wks ago for Manchester and London salary £85.000.

Anyone else see the advert

Cheers guys,so it's possible to see adverts in papers too.Because I thought mostly they hire from their own training facilities,and it's uncommon to get job via adverts,so it's possible,ok thanks for info.
