@highmore/dmc
highmore, congrats on making it through, how did you find it?
i've got mine on friday. i'm right in thinking SDM isn't used anymore, yeah?
what about collision avoidance? i don't think that appears but wouldn't mind confirmation. i guess DART covers that part.
good luck with your results dmc.
thanks.

highmore - the online personality test/questionnaire always comes between stage 2 and 3, it's not part of stage 2. If you managed to pass stage 2 without having to do half the tests, then good on you!

I just got through to stage 2 as well - absolutely buzzing! Thought those cubes were awful and didn't finish the last 8 so if you're in the same boat don't give up hope...!

NATS interview process
Sat stage 2 friday. Just had a phone call inviting me to stage 3 this friday.
Can anyone who has been through stage 3 offer me any help or advice?
Would Swanwick cater a visit on such short notice? And what is the best way to contact them, I cant find a phone number anywhere.
I have sone interview questions prepared but any extras would be a bonus.
Thanks alot!

Seems my hopes are dashed. I Also sat on the 3rd, I've not heard anything back but others from that date have. Oh well I will try again next year, really need to work on the cubes, I'm almost certain they let me down. Managed 36, but I struggle to see how I got 20 or so correct. Diagrams I did a lot better, got 40 I think, pretty confident on most of them.
I expect fail email in the next few days!
Congratulations to all who have passed I wish you the best of luck, and a long career with NATS!

I've been invited to take stage 3, but the dates are such short notice that I'm not hopeful of being able to visit a unit beforehand, although I visited Swanwick when I got to this stage a few years ago. Anyone think not having been to an ATC unit recently will significantly hamper me in the interview?
@hHighmore, I was at the same stage 2 as you, and haven't been sent the personality test yet either, have you heard back from them?

I sat the stage 1 test on 4th October and just got an email through inviting me to stage 2. Absolutely chuffed as i really messed up on the cubes (would have been lucky to have half of them correct), so I'd advise people not to give up hope if you haven't heard anything yet.
