Over-time

Hello again,

Just wondered if, upon successful completion of studies at the college when working towards qualification, whether it is possible to do over-time shifts to hone your skills? Are over-time shifts paid a flat rate? Thanks.

I can only speak from a swanwick point of view, while you are training you will not get overtime payments and you will not be rostered overtime. However if you wish, and with the agreement of your instructor, you can join them on one of there overtime duties, however again you won't get any money.
