Thumbs up Abu Dhabi/Muscat ACC-ATCOs wanted!!!

Hello mates,
IŽll be spending 3/4 days in AUH with my wife (weŽre both ATCOs in Germany) from february 27th until march 2nd. From march 3rd weŽll be in Oman/MCT for a week.
Since the two of us have been thinking of "trying out" the life as an expat we would like to know if it is possible to see the ATC-centres in AUH and MCT and see what ATC looks like in that part of the world.
If you see a chance... who needs to be contacted in advance?
Or is it even possible just by showing up there?

Thank you in advance for your help!

...and tons of greetings from Germany!

Muscat ACC

Hey there. You need an airport ID to get into the Muscat ACC as it is airside. A temporary one can be obtained, but may take a week! Apparently there are 2 emergency passes which allow a visitor to be escorted onto and through the premises. Try phoning Charles Smith (SATCO) 00968 24519798. As they are looking for controllers at present I would imagine you would have some success. Good luck.
