Working in Europe.

Hi everyone,

Would anyone know how easy it is and what the conditions are to work as an ATCO on the mainland? I know that you need to speak the local language but has the community licence been introduced yet and if it has, does it allow you to work anywhere in Europe or has each country their own special rules?
